Sell on FlexNa.

Get approved

1. In the FlexNa app, open the Sell tab and tap Apply to sell.
2. Add your contact details and at least one social media account.
3. Add two photos of you holding your valid ID, front and back.
4. Tick each seller rule and send it. FlexNa reviews every application, and may approve it, ask for more, or decline it. If it's declined, you can apply again after 24 hours.

Ways to sell

• Auction: the highest bid wins, and a bid in the last 30 seconds puts the clock back to 30 seconds.
• Buy now: a fixed price, with Make an Offer if you want offers. You can set a minimum, or see every offer in your messages.
• Price Drop: you choose how much it drops every hour and the lowest it goes. If nobody buys it, relist it from the Seller tab.
• Pick-Your-Slot: numbered slots and live rolls. The first number to spell the word gets first dibs to buy.
• Go live: share your live link, and your followers get an alert.

Getting paid

Buyers pay inside FlexNa: pesos by GCash, Maya or card through PayMongo, and dirhams by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. FlexNa holds the money until the buyer confirms they got the item.

A sale's money is ready to pay out 5 days after its order completes. Request a payout in the Seller hub, at least ₱500 or AED 30, to GCash, Maya or a bank account in the Philippines, a bank account in the UAE, or a bank account or PayPal abroad. The transfer fee comes off the payout, and every order, fee and payout is recorded where you can see and download it.

Seller rules

FlexNa checks every seller first, so buyers can trust what they buy. These rules apply to every listing and sale, and they’re part of the Terms of Service.

Authentic only

No fakes or replicas. Selling a fake means permanent removal from FlexNa.

Honest listings

Use your own photos of the actual item: front, back, inside and tags.

Give the true condition and size, and show any flaws.

Shipping

Ship within 3 days of payment, and add the courier and tracking number in the app.

Keep it in FlexNa

Keep chats, sales and payments in the app. No moving buyers to Messenger, other apps or cash deals. Buyer protection only covers sales made in FlexNa.

Honour your sales

Cancelling after a sale counts as a strike. At 3 strikes, selling is paused.

Listing limit

Post up to 20 new listings in any 24 hours.

Fees and taxes

FlexNa’s fee is 0% for now. You’ll be told before that changes.

Payment fees (card, GCash, Maya) are deducted from your payout.

UAE sellers can turn on “Accept GCash” in the Seller hub. Philippine buyers then pay you in pesos at the day’s rate, and those sales are paid out to your GCash in pesos, separately from your dirham balance.

Money from a sale is available to pay out 5 days after the order completes. Request a payout in the Seller hub (at least ₱500 or AED 30); the transfer fee comes off the payout.

You handle your own taxes, including VAT if you’re VAT-registered (12% in the Philippines, 5% in the UAE).

If rules are broken

FlexNa can remove listings, or pause or end selling for anyone who breaks these rules. Questions: customer@bangketa.ph.
